SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are processed within 7-9 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 

DAMAGED GOODS
 

For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. **Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  
India- 7-9 business days. (Free)
UK– DHL/Aramex/Royal Mail  (7-15 Business days) Rs. 3,000/- (up to 1kg)
Europe – DHL/Aramex (7-15 Business days) Rs. 3,000/- (up to 1kg)
USA- DHL/Aramex (7-15 Business days) Rs. 3,000/- (up to 1kg)
Asia - DHL/Aramex (7-15 Business days) Rs. 3,000/- (up to 1kg)
Other International – DHL/Aramex WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (7-15 Business days) Rs. 3,000/- (up to 1kg)
Shipping charges are calculated as per order weight. The above freight charges are for shipments up to 1kg. 
Additional weight will result in extra shipping costs. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
 

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, tracking information is provided on all orders via email and SMS which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.
 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
 
We do not offer free returns and exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage costs regarding returns and exchanges.​
if you wish to return or exchange a product - 
Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please contact support here.
All items are inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 7 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact support here for assistance.

This policy describes the information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website or when you otherwise provide information to or become affiliated with the brand, and describes our practices for collecting, maintaining, using, protecting and disclosing that information.
 

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts for 7 days after your purchase/delivery. Any kind of return or exchange won’t be considered after this time frame. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in original packing, unused and in the same condition that you received in. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to approve your return. Once the return is approved, a receipt of the courier amount with the payment link will be shared with you. We will schedule a return pickup order from our end through our courier partners after the payment for the same is complete. 

CUSTOMS

 

Countries other than India may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the PROVOLONE HOMES warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

PROVOLONE HOMES reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on the PROVOLONE HOMES website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:- The product is not available / in stock.- Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.- Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.- We are unable to deliver to the provided address.- In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.
